What is the recommended amount of up-votes given in a day?

And still wondering about the good recommended amount of up-votes in one day,

    If you're talking about receiving them then get as many as you can! :)

    10 is the suggested limit at 100% of voting power. If you can vote at 50% of your power then you can vote on 20 posts in a day without having to regenerate your vote power.
