I am grateful to God for my birthday as it marks the beginning of a new year in my life. I must face it with maturity and joy. With the passage of time, I am learning to value it as an accumulation of experiences and wisdom, rather than a race where we are always losing things.

It is important to value life and evaluate what we have done well or not. We should strive to be balanced and not fall into the trap of not forgiving ourselves for things we could have done but didn't. We should remember that everything in this life is temporary, and therefore, we should not be anxious about it.

The wise Solomon, who tried everything, had everything, and experienced everything, and was considered the greatest wise man in history, wrote in his last days, vanity of vanities, everything is vanity.
