Hi Dan thank you so much for running this fantastic delegation poll. I wanted to explain what this would mean to #STEEMNURSE and why it would matter so much to us.

The group was founded on Jan 8 2019 and the concept is to give free Steem support though a combination of advice, help, tips, manual curation, and to never take from the members but instead to give to them. My vision is to only receive delegation support from those who can afford to give it. As for the community members I want to offer 100% no strings attached support for them. In fact I have even given delegation to my members on 90 day terms. The current support is coming from my personal account which is resting just above 4800 SP. The people in the community are encouraged to support one another and I am teaching them as the best way to gain a friend is to be a friend.. like wise the best way to gain support is to give support. They are thriving, creating friendships, finding help within the group for any questions they have and more! It really has been such a fantastic experience. I love to give back. I also believe giving is a boomerang effect. The greatest gift I have experienced is the gift of giving. So I am very passionate about helping others. Steem Nurse is a grass roots, by hand, labor of love Steem community. I wanted something unique and authentic to who I am. Reminds me of the difference of when you eat something from a can vs a home cooked meal! This is a Mom & Pop, Grassroots, by hand group that is totally powered by love. I do not use bots when I curate and I have no intention of ever doing so. There is no trail to follow because again this is a hands on approach. I am very passionate and I am dedicated to the Future of the Steem blockchain. All messages I leave for people are also hand written by me so when they see the Head Nurse gave love to their content they will know there was a human writing the message and giving their time to their post from the heart. At any rate I was not going to leave something here about the group but I have noticed many other community leaders have done so. Because of that I thought it was only fair that Steem Nurse also had a chance to be included in the fun <3 <3 <3
