- Where could I have been more loving today?
- Where could I have been more conscious today?
- Where could I have been more (fill in characteristic) today?

@luppers, In my opinion our subconscious mind rules us and it's really vital to know what type of thoughts we are consuming and feeding to our subconscious mind. If we hold negativity majority of our time then definitely we will going to manifest negative results and vice versa.
It's true that we cannot stop the thoughts no matter what vibes it contain but definitely we can channel it and we should hold some aspects or things which will going to help us in channeling our thoughts effectively. Stay blessed.

In my opinion subconscious mind is so much powerful and i think that subconscious is Active 24/7 that's why when our conscious mind sleeps we get visions in dream with the help of subconscious mind, subconscious observes every little details and it always create patterns for us, for example, subconscious mind analyse our thought process and comes up with particular type of actions every time in particular situation means, some hold the essence of superstitious actions like, if once watched towards Clock they will watch more three times, wearing socks left side first and right side afterwards particularly, all these are patterns created by subconscious mind as per our thought process. So, first of all we have to understand what behaviours are ruling us means we don't want to think but yet we are thinking, when we will going to hold the upper hand on our thoughts then we will ascend and will going to hold the control towards subconscious mind. Have a pleasant time ahead.

Not everyone is superstitious but in my opinion every human mind at some point of time addicted to their pattern and when we addicted to pattern then in a way we are moving towards the state of Superstition because some can think that if they leave their pattern may be they will face nagative results, and they continue that pattern no matter it's toxic and they are going away from the fun aspect. In my opinion we have to use the Zero Position Strategy which i use means, everyday start from the zero then we will going to feel the burden less essence and may be any life patterns will not going to dominate you. To control our thoughts we have to develop the Self Introspection sessions and have to go through from silence because in silence we can understand our inner happenings and we can cut off any negative thoughts which are pushing negative patterns in our life. I may be wrong but it's my experience. Have a blessed time ahead.
That is true, we form habits so it is easier to operate so the brain does less thinking. The key is to choose habits that serve us. It's part of the human system for habits to be so potent, that's why they are challenging to change but still achievable! Introspection is so important, for me I have quite an isolated past 18 months and have done much introspection. There's a lot of dark stuff that comes up but is beneficial for change and growth. Meditation is a great practice for me and quieting the mind. Great thoughts again, please continue to share in the future. Upvoted 100%!!
Yes, sometimes Universe push us into the phase of Isolation and in my opinion it's the toughest phase but this is the phase of Awakening and Awakening always comes for good but the process is Unimaginable. Have a great time ahead.
