Retain 1 forager - need to keep a steady supply of grub
Retain 1 lumber jack - need that fire to never go out and increase productivity
Hire 1 builder and build 1 lean-to - need some shelter and some privacy if one of the workers is a strapping red headed female that needs to burn off some excess energy and for morale.

Action Phase
Build fireplace using the skills that he acquired as a Boy Scout and toast some acorns and nuts found in the failed quest.
