while i dont think we have any points of sueing against justin, there certainly are points of sueing against exchanges. after all they used customer funds to up vote witnesses instead of completing their service (like a scam), hence making them unable to pay out. customers were not informed their funds could be used that way, and it could be possibly even considered as a form of "hacking" on our blockchain since "hacking" is here so vaguely legally defined. afterall they used your own steem which you exchanged possibly to powerup, to powerup them selves and vote for a witness against you.

i dont of any europeans tho affected by binance (based in malta).... I believe there is binance US but idk about the legal status there.
