RE: INTRODUCING STEEMJET RECORDS ! ! !

in #steem6 years ago (edited)

Dear Sir @dimimp,

I have seen a lot of fierce and fantastic level of creativity in the Steemjet community since I started getting involved in it. I have been studying all the designs in the various contests, and have decided to go back and improve on my lot...

Earlier, I submitted an entry for the Steemjet Records Logo Contest. Though I did not get a response from you about it, I will not give up. This is it, by the way:

On a second thought, however, after studying the trend of the the winning entries, I sat back and had a "para-dim shift" (get it? "Para-DIM shift," ha ha) -- shifting from the classic design (above) to a set of funky design (below), thus:

A brief introduction: the "funky" entry is about a D.J. (a Turn Tablist, to be precise) whose head is made of the 60's mic, scratching the vinyl plates in a funky way. Also notice the "funky" way I wrote "Steemjet" in the "funky" design, with the Steemit logo serving as the starting "S" in "Steemjet," while the Jet icon of Steemjet serves as the ending "t"...

I can't tell which one appeals to you more: the "classic" design of a lady playing a viola or the Turn Tablist scratching the vinyl plates? All the same, I hope you like them.

Enjoy!
