Steem to Hive questions. Poliniex Is not available to me.

So i started my power down. Not a lot of STEEM total, 11.00 right now, but will have about 80 total. Poliniex is not available to me In Washington USA. So without say i have no point in staying here. But how will i get my STEEM sent over to HIVE? I'm sure i am not the only person trying to do this so i thought i would ask. Anybody willing to make a trade? Maybe you know a 3rd party trading platform with both?

I always enjoyed the Steem platform, but very few changes have been made in 2-3 years i been here and the ones that have changed have not been for the better. Communities is pretty cool however. But i think its time to call it a stuck pig and move over to HIVE. I'll still check in from time to time to see what the new owners are doing for changes. But i hear it centralized now, and that is a concern.
