OracleD & ASPEKTI Sign MOU to Create a National Blockchain Institute in Indonesia! [HISTORY IN THE MAKING]

11/07/2018, Jakarta, Indonesia. OracleD, a STEEM blockchain based startup aims to create sustainable business oriented communities announces its official partnership with ASPEKTI (The Association of Indonesian Telematics Companies and Consultants), Indonesia to create a National Blockchain Institute in the country. This move will strengthen the Blockchain Education sector in the country and promotes its use in multiple fields.

MOU Agreement between @Oracle-D and @ASPEKTI officials have been signed on 1st November, 2018 soon after the Blockchain Seminar co-hosted by both the organizations in front of attendees. Seminar took place at Hotel Balairung, Jakarta from 10:00 to 14:00 in which speakers from top government officials were present along with Oracle-D's CEO Matt Starkey (@starkerz) and CTO Dylan Leighton (@anarcotech). The program was guided by the Honorable ASPEKTI Chairman Prof. Dr. Laode M. Kamaludin and Head of ASPEKTI DKI Jakarta Dr. Nasfi Burhan. As the education of Blockchain Technology is very important in order to upscale the knowledge of Indonesian people, Aspekti and Oracle-D have agreed to work together to provide education for everyone interested in this Technology.

This collaboration is a major milestone for INDONESIA, Oracle-D and STEEM Blockchain since we are going to be involved in the creation of first ever National Level Blockchain Institute in the world.

10/29/2018, Jakarta, Indonesia, Team Oracle-D along with @mariska.lubis, met with Mr. Rudiantara, of the Ministry of Communication & Information Technology, at the recommendation of the Secretary of the Vice President of the Indonesian Republic to discuss the future of blockchain technology education in Indonesia!

Ms. Lubis, an Indonesian native, is proud that her countrymen and leaders have been so supportive of expanding horizons through the proper government channels and for how open minded the decision makers have been in learning about the possible opportunities available to the region.

Mr. Rudiantara was surprisingly well versed in blockchain technology as it has been on his radar for the past 2 years. He was instrumental in the implementation of using blockchain technology to make the tax collection process more streamlined and efficient. This shows real ingenuity!

In the meeting, it was then decided that on November 1, 2018, Oracle-D would partner on an event with the leadership team of ASPEKTI - the Indonesian IT Companies & Consultant Associates to educate Indonesians about Blockchain Technology and the sustainability options available because of it.

Oracle-D's Indonesia trip ended on a brilliant note with another feather in our cap. We are going to be a part of history and we want to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone who supported us so far in our Journey. Special thanks to ASPEKTI Chairman Prof. Dr. Laode M.
