The price wen down aggressively spiking down and making a new local low just below the 34k line (which acted multiple times already as support and resistance in the history. at 33.3k satoshi and then got pulled back up above the 40k line, which seems to act as a valid support.
Shortly after it spiked up to the 48k line and has since been settling on top of the 40k line trading around 43k satoshi.

Same as on Poloniex the downtrend on Bittrex reached a little bit bellow the 34k line and then got pulled back above the 40k satoshi levels resulting in a spike to 49k not long after.
Atthe moment its trading around 43k satoshi.

COMMENT
Depending on the result of the 40k support, if it holds or fails, i see the price either going slowly up making first the 34k then the 48k a support level and aiming towards the 55k to make a new local high,
on the downside is see the price going to around 34k where I expect a higher local low to be made compared to the 42.3k low that was made on the 27th.
Steem will bounce back.
So what you're saying is it's either going to go up or down!!
