Yes, and these whales do not up vote anyone, or if they do, they up vote a majority of people. They don't just up vote ONE person.
It seems you are missing some core points of this.
I could very well be and I do not exclude this likelihood.
Of course, the voting behaviors of whales and minnows shall differ. I feel that we can discuss voting behaviors more fruitfully on the other branch recently responded to. :c)
