Yup, the bidding process is completely independent of distance, country or belief.
Only thinks required are:
- talented writer
- extensive knowledge of Warhammer 40K lore
- mid-level English grammar
- relatively good social skills
- Understand that your writing will be looked at by a lot of people
just read the part about bidding if you're interested, or know someone who would be.
