The 30 minute post conucdrum

For those that are not aware there is a 30 minute reverse auction on the value of your votes. This means that amount of value you get from voting on a post is on a gradual scale between 0 to 100%. If you vote without the first minute 100% of your payout goes to the post creator. At 15 minutes it's a 50/50 split and after 30 minutes you get your full reward. This was put in place in order to keep the bots from grabbing up all the rewards be humans could get a chance to vote.

I would argue that any votes in the first 15 minute should not receive any rewards. If there is a quality post, it is likely impossible for anyone to be able to read and judge the post within the first 15 minutes. Voting within the first 15 minutes should have zero value or 100% goes to the poster. After 15 minutes, value should then either follower the current 0 to 30 minute rules or follow post 30 minute rules.
