Step 1: Justin Sun or the Steem Witnesses Repay the dollar amount wiped from the Stakeholder Accounts on Steem during Hardfork 23.
The problem with this Step 1 is that it would need to be preceded by Step 0, Justin/sockpuppets acknowledging that they’d done something wrong. What alternate universe might that happen in?
It's True, but really I haven't seen anyone on either side wonder if they could have conducted themselves in a more effective way.
