I do not agree, however, that it was Justin Sun's responsibility to "do homework" on this situation. It was the responsibility of those making the deal with Sun to reveal the truth of the situation he was going to find himself in. Of course, that would not have been advantageous on the part of those who were "selling" Justin Sun the opportunity of a lifetime.
