Technical Issues - Bandwidth Limitations? Unable To Transfer Funds, But Posting Works?

I'am aware of the steem bandwidth restrictions for every user depending on his or her holding of steem power. Currently i have problems transfering funds on this account, while posting and upvoting still works.:

    Fixed for today. Perhaps it it would be fixed if some dolphin or whale would delegate some steem power to this account. Thank you for supporting the Charity Rebot service.
