@somena Your Idea is a great one. Based on experience on working on website based projects, we would recommend that you break the IDEA into pieces of achievable goal GOALS. We are suggesting that you have and drive down to what is called MVP - Minimum Viable Product for this Idea.
Don't make the Idea too big to understand for anyone you are explaining it to.
What is the major goal to be achieved in this website project?

Hi there... Ok - the goal is to make a website like SNOPES... but that it would be wikipedia like or steemit based in how people can both contribute to it financially, and contribute to the content development. The key idea is to create a crowd-sourced new and improved SNOPES site that tackled "FAKE NEWS" and hoaxes. It would be called "HOAX BUSTERS" - Are you with me so far?
@somena Thank you for replying. After taking a good look at what you want to get done, we took time to look for someone within the community and found @heimindanger could be able to work better on your project.
@heimindanger has done some project that are awesome within the community know as dtube.vedio and steemwhales.com among others.
