Steemit Missing active authority, Somebody help

Hi steemit family,

I am trying use @upvu service by sending small amount of STeem but i am unable to do that. It's showing missing active authority, I know I am not active here much these but how can I redeem or send steem to someone here? I want to post regularly and also want to use boosters by sending small amount of steem. I do not get upvotes from big whales here.
