Why is Question/Answer type posts not endorsed in Steemit?

Sites like reddit, quora etc flourishes from these type of posts. People ask questions on different subjects and gets multiple helpful answers which in turn helps everybody and boosts the SEO of the site. Why are such qa type posts not endorsed here?
