Browsing through the trending page, there is a very clear picture that emerges: Steem has run out of steam!
- Top 20+ posts are in Korean which is not a problem per se, but I can't read them and I think a lot of others can't either. The main language should be English. Posts in other languages should be posted in communities
- There are no comments - almost at all! The community is gone. No engagement, no activity- nada.
- People are abusing the system: reposts, circle-voting, spamming, reward fardming etc.
- The recent HF 23 is a total disaster: never ever should a HF mess with people's accounts.
- Dapps are pretty much all moving to Hive or are being abandoned.
- The list goes on.
Sorry, but Steem is heading down the gutter (or is actually already there)
I was with this blockchain for almost 3 years and it is sad to have seen this place heading in this direction. But the good news is that we have a new place: my new home is Hive. See you there!
