Pretty much yes. The way the algorithm works is that it takes your delegation amount, multiples that by 20x, and then divides that number by the total delegated amount to get your percentage upvote for the day. The end result is roughly 20x vote value. Hope that helps. :)
You should give us a try, the returns will be better than your current delegation. ;)
