Hey folks, it's @trev03 with more information on what's going on in the customer support division.

It has been relatively quiet on support last week but there was an issue that arose regarding missed payments. This has been picked up and refunds were getting done manually however we have many customers therefore our devs are busy working on a script to automate and pay out missed payments.

We acknowledge this isn't ideal but we assure you that this will be rectified soon and everyone will get paid out their missing payments.

We apologize for this and thank you for your time and patience whilst we get this resolved for you.
