A Story About April
April was born in the mid 1920s in a very poor southern town. Her family didn’t have much and she was forced to leave school at 13 and work in the cotton fields with her family. Fast forward when April was 18, 1938, she was riding with her father on the wagon headed back home from town. There was this tall beautiful soldier walking down the street. April was absolutely flabbergasted. I don’t think she ever seen a man who looked like this man. April’s father was a very perceptive man and very ready to get his 18year old daughter married off and out of his house. This man fit all the criteria that was needed back in those days. This man had a JOB. April’s father asked the tall soldier, if he liked his daughter. If he thought his daughter was pretty. The man said yes and the rest is history, April was married to Sinister Greens and immediately was left alone. The man WAS a soldier, there WAS a war going on at the time, remember people, War World 2. So he had to go away and he left a young, pretty tenderoni by herself and I believe he expected her to be good. Well she wasn’t. So when Sinister came back he came back to two twin babies. A boy and a girl, Sincere and Sincerity. Now I believe these children were named these names for a reason. He forgave her. And he was very sincere in his forgiveness. He took these kids and treated them as though they were his own. He understood why she made her indiscretion and all was forgiven…or was it? Soon after April got pregnant again. She gave him a son and he was named Sinister Jr.. April knew about her husband’s indiscretion while she was pregnant but she didn’t let it get her down because she felt bad and still ashamed about her own discretion, she looks at them every day. He named them Sincere and Sincerity just so she would never forget his forgiveness to her. April was soon pregnant again and had a little girl. By this time it’s 1946. Sinister has been off to the Vietnam War and the town has been snickering and laughing about Betty Rae Ann who has been loving my husband just as much as me. She actually came to Rainy’s house with letters from Sinister from the war. This man was writing another woman? Wow now April is starting to feel like all the cheating he’s doing is just another form of punishment and if he’s gonna punish her for cheating two can play that game. So she cheated. And she got pregnant. So when he came home to a pregnant wife again her loving husband wasn’t so loving. And he damn sure wasn’t so forgiving. He refused to accept the child. He gave her hell the entire time she was pregnant and almost beat the baby out of her. See, see, April really didn’t know this man before she married him, she didn’t know he had a temper. And we ain’t talking about a timid slap you across your face temper, he had a temper spawn from the devil himself.
When April was 8 months laying in the hospital bed after once again having her stomach stomped on by her husband because he was drunk and she was moving too slow cause of her big belly, April reflected on her marriage and thought about her name which led her to her husband’s name and an epiphany hit her like a bolt of lightning. He was sinister all right. She was completely petrified. She was afraid to be in the house, afraid to be alone with him because she knew that man wanted her baby dead. She decided to spend the last month of her pregnancy at her mother’s farm and her husband never bothered to come find her.
When she came back baby free things were good when baby #6 came. The problem was, the abuse had begun. And once it begins it don’t stop. April was getting slapped around for burning toast. And she wasn’t the only one feeling the pain, all the kids felt their daddies’ wrath. As soon as they could they were growing up and moving out while April just kept popping out babies. Throughout the entire 30 years of marriage April had 20 kids.
Now I know 20 kids is a whole heap of kids but Sinister was a very sexual man and so was April. That’s why they thought they were perfect for one another, in the beginning. Problem was, they never discussed their ISSUES. Especially not Sinister. He never told April about HIS FATHER. Sinister’s father was sexually, physically and mentally abusive. And that’s because Sinister’s father’s father was sexually and physically abusive. But because they never really talked about their childhoods they never found out about these issues until they were greeted with a whole different issue. Honestly these two got married at the wrong damn time. It was war time man. Husbands were rarely home and they damn sure didn’t know the woman they married half the time. Most of the time it was young girls being married off to much older men, who damn sure wasn’t asking them what their dreams and aspirations were. So NO. April did not know her man. But April didn’t have a choice back in those days, not like now, not… like… now.
So back to the story. All her 20 beautiful kids grew up. 10 boys and 10 girls. Out of 20, 5 kids that grew up in the house with the mother who felt ashamed and the father who was angry at life, got sexually, physically and mentally abused by one man, Sinister Greens. One of those kids was the one he loved the most, Sinister Jr..
No one knows why Sinister chose the children he chose but most of the children were the older children. Unfortunately, April had kids for 24 years, and within those years her kids grew up with Sinister and Sinister Jr., so just because Sinister might have decided to not sexually abuse them, it doesn’t mean Sinister Jr. felt the same way. Sinister Jr. abused 5 of his youngest brothers and sisters as well as some of their children.
Sinister Jr. was spawn from a spawn of the Devil and was truly more evil than his father. Sinister affected 5 of his own children mentally, physically and sexually. Of that 5, one of them, cause all it takes is one, affected 5 of his own siblings, which means Sinister affected 10 of his own children. Sinister Jr. not only affected his children he affected his siblings children. He affect 5 out of his children and his siblings children. And the cycle continues.
