Application for the Community Curators：Support more communities

WhereIN一直相信社区的力量是Steem的原动力。于是，我们在推动Steem区块链赋能更多垂直社区和社群，我们开启了我们的见证人节点《WhereIN Witness is Live - We fight for the future of SMT》，也开发了一些工具。很荣幸，我们获得了5月的社区策展人，并得到500K SP的支持。

WhereIN was born in STEEM and has always been with STEEM. Over the years, we're working very closely with the community within STEEM blockchain, building up our local soceity and sub-communities, and even our own witness《WhereIN Witness is Live - We fight for the future of SMT》. At the same time, we also produced convenient tools, such as account creation, whereinconnect that usable in mainland China, and best of all we're awarded with community curator project in May, with a 500k SP curator account to help building the community.

近20天来，我们将steemcurator03当做社区基金考虑，推出了社区审查团，以激发社区的力量。以此为起点，我们鼓励社区成员发起活动，努力让社区自己玩起来，取得了不错的效果。

Over the pass 20 days, we've been able to make use of steemcurator03 as our community rewarding foundation, started our community curation program. With this, not only we able to stir up usage of our app, but also contributing to the community development and engagement.

开发方面，我们将推出新的社群小程序前端，为成千上万的社区搭建他们的社群小程序。社区方面，我们在和中国退伍军人社区合作，以帮他们搭建基于区块链的退伍军人社区；我们在和辩否社群合作，以将他们的小程序接入到Steem中；我们加入了WorkFace未来社群研究院的社群官培训，探索未来一起培养社群官。

Recently, we've been able to work very closely together with Chinese PRC veterans society, in the midst of discussion to help build a miniprogram on their behalf, base on blockchain technology. We're also working very closely with 辨否 (something similar to poll base discussion forum), and looking forward to help connect their Miniprorgram into Steem network. Meanwhile, we've joined WorkFace community faculty in order to study and learn to become a better community developer in the future.

社区审查团：从12人到1000人

Community curation: From 12 to Thousands

5月，我们开发了社区审查机器人，招募了第一批社区审查团，以steemcurator03为社区基金，开启了我们的社区审查计划。目前，我们的12人社区审查团已经开始工作，我们希望未来社区审查团能成长到50人，甚至100人、1000人。

In May, we've managed to create a curation script base on the community driven criteria, and also kick started a community curation program with a small group of people. We make use of the steemcurator03 as a community foundation, to kick star tthis community curation program. Currently, there's only 12 of us, in future we're hoping to accommodate more, 50, 100 and even thousands of community curator.

我们认为可信的、为社区着想的真实审查员是社区未来的希望。Steem社区应该是一个由真实、可信，对Steem长期爱好的人组成的社区，有这样一批人，不管我们在哪里，做什么事情，都会变得异常简单。故，我们开启了社区审查团的计划，审查团成员共享社区基金的一系列权力，他们左右社区未来的发展。

What do we believe is, community curation. We have a strong believe that Steem is supposed to be a strong community driven blockchain, and the community is the backbone of the entire ecosystem. With these group of like minded people gathered, we believe community program can be easily carried out and be successful. Curation program is one of the core value, each community curator has a curation weight, and their upvotes is worth an influence to the community.

于是，我们将steemcurator03的点赞权和他们进行了分享，即将把wherein、cnstm的点赞权亦与审查团成员分享。下一步，社区审查团还将有权力投票社区内成员发起的活动，wherein根据社区审查团的投票结果，对活动提供点赞、资金等支持。未来，我们会尝试将社区的决策权、治理权交予审查团，开启更多的实验。《WhereIN社区审查团第一批招募》可了解目前发生的情况。

With that, we started to divide and delegate our curation weight for steemcurator03, and also progressively delegating curation weight of wherein and cnstm curator account for the rest of the community curator. In future, we will be using this kind of similar curation weight delegation, to host programs, contest, challenges within community in order to reward participants and community curators.

We will be having a lot more fun with this kind of community curation program, and a lot more experiment in future. Currently, we only open for Chinese community, the link as above. If you have a group of English writer, feel free to bring them in and make use of our platform in WhereIN. There will be a time when we have a small English WhereIN community, we will be open for English chapter of community curation as well.

Steem base Miniprograms

全球有6000万+网站是基于WordPress创建的，用户使用WordPress可以轻易而举的搭建自己的网站，整个过程就像搭积木一样，无需你拥有开发的经验。我们希望Steem也能像WordPress一样，社群主能基于Steem搭建自己的社群小程序。这正是SMT未来努力的方向，Steem Engine 也已经在这方向进行了很多探索。

There's more than 60million websites built on WordPress, and WP users able to build their own website via their fingertip, as we easy mending building blocks, and not require super coding skill to do so. We're actually looking forward to be like WP, hopefully able to help other community to build their Miniprograms base on Steem, with this we truly believe SMT can be our future. Steem Engine is a very good learning curve.

WhereIN团队开发了基于Steem区块链的小程序模板，配套的还有一个内容网站，这让社群主实现了能快速搭建基于Steem区块链的社群小程序。我们将主力去推动成千上万的社群主搭建自己的基于Steem的社群小程序，这需要Steemit对诸多社群主进行支持。

WhereIN development team has been able to build a Miniprogram template, with a simple web layout, we will be able to build a Steem base blockchain Miniprogram. With this convenient technology, we will be able to help millions of community to build their little haven here on Steem via Miniprogram, and with the blessing from Steemit's delegation, we shall thrive.

Community Curator for May

非常荣幸成为首批新Steemit团队支持的社区策展人，我们的社区策展已进行到第三周。大量新老用户开始在Steem上发帖，按7天的用户量来排名，WhereIN Dapp也进入到了Steem生态的第12位。

Once again, we felt really proud to be selected as community curator for May. We're currently on the 3rd week, many of our inactive content creator came back to life and started to get active on Steem blockchain. According to the past 7 days average usage, WhereIN Dapp is currently rank at 12th.
