I like the InterSteem proposal by @steemitqa and @surfermarly. The ideas are well thought out. It looks very easy to get rolling, which is great. Having @oracle-d and @fundition support is also encouraging.

Getting the right people for the leaderboard could be a challenge. Steem has a broad community full of very talented people. We are not short on supply but sometimes the motivation isn't always lasting. It is important to get people with different backgrounds involved. Viewing things from multiple perspectives can really add value.

Evergreen Funding proposed by @valued-customer intrigues me as well. I'm not sure how difficult making the code changes will be. I think this proposal is a big plus for improving accountability.

The proposal by @ura-soul seems interesting too. Will be worth a look when a more detail proposal is on the table.
