Frist sorry but the raffle ended 2 hours ago (check my blog in 30 minutes then the new one will be up).

Second if you talking about steem basic income and not the basic income in general makes sure to reread how it works since you wont get anything without working (writing unique posts).

Actually, I like the Steem basic income better than the traditional basic income idea. With the steem basic income, you at least have to post in order to receive it, which makes at least a small contribution to the community.
That alleviates one of my typical issues with the basic/universal income idea. Let's just say I tend to be a capitalist, the more value you provide to people the more you receive. I don't necessarily deserve anything that I have not provided value to someone to earn.
I think it's just human nature for us to associate work with value. This post would be an example. Provide value for a reward, upvote and some comments, are exchanged for the SBI or exposure to a wider audience increasing future potential. Otherwise you would just give it away without the upvote or comment.

I really like that feature too.

Interesting thoughts!

Thanks for your comment!

✅ I gave you an upvote on your post! Please give me a follow and I will give you a follow in return! Good luck

The only thing you will get out of this copy and paste spamming is downvotes!

steembasic income can change my life, allowing me to earn an income for someone 50 years old like me who does not have a profession and wants to earn a living and have a safe old age for later, that's why I ask the entire steemit community, I'm willing to answer all your comments and doubts to the extent that I am humanly possible, I hope your contribution, I am someone who desperately needs it, in my blog you will find information on how it is my turn sometimes to collect food from the garbage to be able to live, please help me .
Good if I tell my whole life you are going to cry, but I'll start by telling you this: I'm from venezuela, I'm 50 years old and I've been writing bloggers for many years and for the last 4 months I've earned my living in steemit. This medium has allowed me to meet people and make new important contacts for me, which are helping me survive in a country where the monthly income is not more than 1 $. that is why I urgently ask for your help, if I do not win this contest any humanitarian aid voting this comment or sending sbd to my wallet will mean food and food for a day of life more for me. in my blog are reports about my serious situation, currently I only have a pair of torn pants-with which I have to leave with a lot of shame to the street - and a pair of shoes in very bad condition, I ask the entire community of steemit that he lend me his help, for me it is a matter of continuing to live or die in a short time. I ask all the people who want to help me to see in their hearts that I am a man of good faith who needs their help and I ask for their help, I hope they can help me doing this charity, they will help someone who does not have a profession and that he has almost nothing, to survive. May God bless you always and give you a beautiful life.

Truth be told, I had never heard of the Basic Income concept before I discovered Steem Basic Income. I found out about when I stumbled across a contest and actually won a share. Fair to say I have fast become a big fan.

In my early Steemit days I posted up what I thought was some pretty useful, thoughtful content which pretty much floated off into nothing. The handful of votes I received turned to dust and I was left unrewarded. Since joining SBI I now know that when I post some content, I will at least receive something for my efforts.

When it is examined fairly, without the distorting lens of ideology, an unconditional basic income is a no-brainer. It constitutes a more efficient and productive way of rewarding work and circulating value.

SBI in general has good and bad points there have only been a hand full of actual real life experiments done and they seem to have a positive impact however they were done on certain segments of society and in certain regions so more research needs to be done to see if would work on a larger global scale. SBI on steemit seems to be a positive move however I have read some negative aspects to it but they were quite hard for me to grasp so lets just go with it for now
