Whether or not an upvote counts for any SCOT token depends on the tags used for the post, not where the upvote is made.
All upvotes on Steemit or any SCOT instance are Steem upvotes... it all runs on the same rails.
Or put a different way... there is only one train. Some cars are painted blue, some are painted red, and some are red and blue striped. PALnet only counts the blue cars, Spintertalk only counts the red cars, Weedcash only counts the green cars, but Steemit counts all the cars...
We stand by the tracks and apply a vote to every car that is created by a member with adequate balance for a vote... regardless of what color it is.
Our votes are special magnetic glitter... if a car is red it attract SP glitter and SPT glitter, but not WEEDCASH or SCT glitter...
I hope you get the idea. We vote once and the SCOT iterations count it if we have stake and the right tag was applied to the post, ignoring it otherwise, but it's the same vote.
