Is SteemBnB gonna work? Discussion about further steemit development - Steemit的另類應用 - SteemBnB 可行嗎? 淺談Steemit的可行應用

This post is a brief introduction of Airbnb and SteemBnb established by @chicosonico, you may refer to his original post here. I appreciate his work a lot to think out of the box regarding the other side of application of steemit, so looking forward to how his project goes! That's why I will translate his post in Chinese today to introduce his project in the cn community.

I've also share my personal thoughts against SteemBnB as well as further development / application in steemit below.

在Steemit裡最受歡迎的無可置疑一定是各地旅遊的分享，相信大家也有體驗過Airbnb的服務。Airbnb (爱彼迎)成立於2008年，是一個讓大眾出租住宿民宿的網站，提供短期出租房屋或房間的服務，價格視乎出租地點的交通，大小，裝修及設施等等，設有成間房間或是共用房間的選擇。個人來說是非常喜歡Airbnb的，小妹每次去旅遊基本上都是窮遊，以日本為例，如要住近車站的酒店基本上HKD200元一晚是不可能的，但有了Airbnb後我什至可以找到HKD200多一晚的民宿，還要是整間房間而不是共住的! 地點亦相當不錯! 每次用AirBnB也讓我節省不了旅費。

當然，也有不少朋友在Airbnb有過不愉快的經驗，例如圖文不符、房東消失了不回信息、環境髒亂等等，亦有租戶反應遇到租客弄到地方污煙漳氣害房東反賠了不少清潔費等等。很可惜Airbnb的客服往往未能作出即時的回應及幫助，我曾試過去了一個福崗一個民宿，進去非常非常骯髒，找了好久客服也沒回應，最後還是自己蝕錢去另找酒店。所以說在Airbnb找房東記緊要找一個多人評價的，當然也要看看你運氣壞不壞了。

今天無意在Steemit竟看到了 @chicosonico創的Steembnb ! 原文在此，不知道大家又有沒有聽說過的? 對我來說是不錯的!很新奇! 想不到大家也開始在想Steemit的運用擴展。

房東如意欲出租/共住自己的房屋/房間 -

1. 開一個帖子關於你想出租的地方 (必須要有清晰的照片) (避免圖文不符惹起誤會吧)

2. 標簽為 #steembnb

3. 在已開設的Discord channel分享

(稍後亦會有官方的Steemit帳戶，但如想參加的務必參加Discord討論)

房客如意欲租住/共住房屋/房間 -

1. 透過房東在帖子留下的聯絡資料聯絡對方

2. 與房東私下溝通及同意相關細節 (SteemBnB致力提供平台予雙方找尋房東/租客，但不會處理條款細節)

3. 以Steem付費

因此，相關交易將不需要用上你的信用卡，反之善用Steemit內的transfer即可達成。

個人來說我覺得這個做法是可行的，首先Steemit (或是區塊鏈)是一個公開透明的地方，若然雙方都是rep不低 (我總不成找一個rep負數的房東)我對他的信任度也會相應提高。同時去中心化免卻了中間人(Airbnb)的收費，雙方直接得益!
這計劃仍然在初部進行中，很期待他們日後的發展!

Personally I think Steembnb is a good idea and practical ! First of all, steemit (or let say the whole blockchain) is public with high transparency, assuming both landlord and the tenant' reputation is not low (I reckon I won't rent someone house with reputation like -10), both of them should feel more comfortable land confident. Together with decentralization makes no middleman fee involved, benefiting both of the landlord and tenant.

I highly looking forward to how this project goes, and I hope SteemBnB be successful.

看到這個帖子讓我更在想Steemit日後可行的發展，就Steem/SBD內部Transfer沒有fee這點已經極具發展潛力，方便快捷和沒有手續費。例如現在已經有不少網上平台放寬以比特幣作交易貨幣，就如facebook和instagram現已變成不少網上商店的聚腳地，Steemit又會不會變成另一個拍賣場呢? 同時利用高度透明的優勢令客戶對商戶的信心大大増加，相信消費者會比在facebook/instagram等等的平台購物更有信心。日後我們會否看到Steemshop, Steemsecondhand, Steemhandmadeworkshop等等等等?

擴展對Steemit又是好壞還是壞事? 只用電話和email register的stemmit帳號安全性又是否足夠?
大家又有什麼創意想法呢?

After reading the introduction of SteemBnb, it inspires me to think of any other possible steemit further development can be made. One of the dominant advantages in steemit is the fast trasaction with no fee in internal steem transfer, it is worth to think about how can we make use of this.

Indeed there is more and more platform allows bitcoin as a currency for trading. Many social media platform also becomes a promotion platform for the online seller, like the facebook and instagram. Will Steemit become another one next ? With the advantages of high transparency and easy transaction ? Will we see the coming projects like Steem-shop, Steem-secondhand, Steem-handmadeshop, etc?

What do you think about further development/application of steemit ?
I am sure there are many rooms for discussion about that.
