I understand, that currently Cartel Payouts are nearly impossible because of the low rates & low pool in DW...

I also understand, that currently it is not profitable for the padroni to invest much time in DW...

I personally still believe DW & FUTURE will have a great future* and in that case I hope The Cartel takes up works (and payouts) again...
