Health is everything, without exception, because no matter how rich our wealth can afford to buy health, so our hospital beds can not afford it, even when we are only required to rent the bed. Then what does the Bible say about maintaining a healthy body.

"Do not you know, is your body the bait of the Holy Spirit dwelling in you, the Holy Spirit you feel from GOD, and you are not your own? Because you have been bought and the price is paid off: therefore glorify God with your Body! (1 Corinthians 6: 19-20)

Steemians, one verse above is very clear, our body is the bait of the Holy Spirit. One very clear reason for us to take care of our bodies! Will our bodies be the best of the Holy Spirit's bait. Or will it be filled with dirty trash or grease?

Of course not possible ?! Although our own bodies are our own, and we are renewed and the price is paid, so we have a great responsibility to glorify God, and this can be realized with a healthy body.

Or if ALLAh wants to use us in his duties, our main capital is Healthy and Energetic in carrying out his will. This is also our respect for him.

Therefore, steemians "By the mercies of God I counsel you, be ye that offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to GOD, for that is your true worship" (Romans 12: 1).

Obviously, our bodies are required to be dedicated to God as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing, not merely spirits and souls. If we truly love God with all our heart, mind, soul, and power.

We will surely offer him the best he can. This is a sign of our respect and love for him.

But do not let this freedom be a reason to let your physical desires control you. Nor should we use that freedom as an opportunity to live in sin, with physical embryo or your body controlling it.

The doom we have in Christ is the freedom from sin and freedom from our past.

Our new life in Christ is one way of joy but one of our irresponsible attitude.

One of the fruits of the holy spirit is self-control, let the spirit control us not the physical or physical desire of it. []
