Abram's wife Sarai did not bear him children; and she had an Egyptian servant, whose name was Hagar. 2 Then Sarai said to Abram, You see that the Lord has made me barren; I beg you, then, to come to my servant; Maybe I will have children from her. And Abram heeded Sarai's request. 3 And Sarai, Abram's wife, took Hagar, her Egyptian maid, after ten years that Abram had lived in the land of Canaan, and gave her as a wife to Abram, her husband. 4 And he came to Hagar, and she conceived; and when he saw that he had conceived, he looked with contempt at his lady. 5 Then Sarai said to Abram, My disgrace be upon you; I gave you my servant as a wife, and seeing herself pregnant, she looks at me with contempt; May the Lord judge between you and me. 6 And Abram said to Sarai, Behold, your handmaid is in your hand; Do with her what seems good to you. And as Sarai grieved her, she fled from her presence.

Genesis 16:1-6

Perhaps the vision that the Lord has given you has not yet been fulfilled, it may also be that God has assigned us a task that is still unfinished even when you have done everything within your power.

It is not uncommon for there to be gaps in our lives, some of them are designed for specific purposes by God, they are designs that somehow prepare us for God's response for our life. It may also happen that God necessarily wants to take care of some other aspect of our life so that his plan for us is complete. As we have shared previously, it may be that this moment of silence is a delay to test our faith and to reinforce our trust in God, let us not forget that all this can also be an injection for our own correction.

It is too easy to always think of the worst in any situation in our lives, if God does not respond to us it is because He has forgotten us and has left us adrift, if this or that thing happens to me it is because God He is looking the other way, like this and many other ways of thinking are those that immediately arise. The truth is that waiting on the Lord absolutely always prepares us for what he has for us, our part is to despair, pray and trust fully in God, we should not rush to act according to our despair or without thinking, we should listen only to him and follow your adress.

God's direction is necessary even when those people with the best intentions can lead us astray, even we with the best desire to do good can make mistakes, let us remember Abraham's bad decisions after listening to his wife's logic, Abraham conceived a son by his servant and this was clearly not part of the Lord's plan, anyway God is always acting for our good.

Let us fully trust that God will help us decide through his Holy Spirit who guides us in all the light and truth of his word, and let us remember that every action and every decision we make has repercussions in the future. Are you ready to make the best decisions?

Esperemos siempre en el Señor, él trabaja para el bien de sus hijos "Siempre".

Sarai mujer de Abram no le daba hijos; y ella tenía una sierva egipcia, que se llamaba Agar. 2 Dijo entonces Sarai a Abram: Ya ves que Jehová me ha hecho estéril; te ruego, pues, que te llegues a mi sierva; quizá tendré hijos de ella. Y atendió Abram al ruego de Sarai. 3 Y Sarai mujer de Abram tomó a Agar su sierva egipcia, al cabo de diez años que había habitado Abram en la tierra de Canaán, y la dio por mujer a Abram su marido. 4 Y él se llegó a Agar, la cual concibió; y cuando vio que había concebido, miraba con desprecio a su señora. 5 Entonces Sarai dijo a Abram: Mi afrenta sea sobre ti; yo te di mi sierva por mujer, y viéndose encinta, me mira con desprecio; juzgue Jehová entre tú y yo. 6 Y respondió Abram a Sarai: He aquí, tu sierva está en tu mano; haz con ella lo que bien te parezca. Y como Sarai la afligía, ella huyó de su presencia.

Génesis 16:1-6

Quizás aún no se ha cumplido la visión que el señor te ha dado, puede ser también que Dios nos ha asignado una tarea que aún sigue inconclusa aún cuando has realizado todo lo que está a tu alcance.

No es raro que existan vacíos en nuestras vidas, algunos de ellos están diseñados para propósitos específicos por parte de Dios, son diseños que de alguna manera nos preparan para la respuesta de Dios para nuestra vida. También puede suceder que Dios necesariamente se quiera ocupar de algún otro aspecto de nuestra vida para que su plan en nosotros sea completo. Como hemos compartido anteriormente puede ser que este momento de silencio sea un retraso para poner a prueba nuestra fe y que reforcemos nuestra confianza en Dios, no olvidemos que todo esto también puede ser una inyección para nuestra propia corrección.

Es demasiado fácil siempre pensar en lo peor en cualquier situación de nuestras vidas, si Dios no nos responde es porque se ha olvidado de nosotros y nos ha dejado a la deriva, si me sucede tal o cual cosa es porque Dios está mirando para otro lado, así y muchas otras formas de pensar son las que surgen inmediatamente. Los cierto es que esperar en el señor absolutamente siempre nos prepara para lo que tiene para nosotros, nuestra parte desesperar, orar y confiar plenamente en Dios, no debemos apresurarnos a actuar conforme a nuestra desesperación o sin pensar, debemos escucharle solamente a él y seguir su dirección.

La dirección de Dios es necesaria aún cuando aquellas personas con las mejores intenciones puede desviarnos, aún nosotros con el mejor deseo de hacer el bien podemos equivocarnos, recordemos las malas decisiones de Abraham después de escuchar la lógica de su esposa, Abraham concibió un hijo de su sierva y esto claramente no era parte del plan del Señor, de todas maneras siempre Dios está actuando para nuestro bien.

Confiemos plenamente en que Dios nos ayudará a decidir mediante su espíritu Santo quien nos guía en toda luz y verdad de su palabra, y recordemos que cada acción y cada decisión que tomemos tiene repercusiones en el futuro, ¿Estas listo a tomar las mejores decisiones?.
