God, creator of everything that exists, also of time, God has government and control over it and will never ever be late.

Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon those who fear him,
On those who hope in his mercy,
To free their souls from death,
And to give them life in time of hunger.
Our soul waits for Jehovah;
He's our help and shield.
Therefore our hearts will rejoice in him,
For we have trusted in his holy name.
Be your mercy, O Lord, upon us,
As we hope in you.

Psalms 33:18-22

There are times when we cannot assimilate that our nature or our culture is not the best model of patience, for that we can remember when we were behind a car that was moving slowly or that did not react as we expected after the traffic light enable the step. We live in a very fast-paced society and all things must be done immediately, we also transfer that to the answers to our prayers and prayers to God, we want God to respond at the same moment.
Perhaps at some point in your life you have felt some kind of frustration or impatience because God did not respond immediately as we would wish, when God somehow makes us wait. From our perspective as human beings, God takes time to respond, let us remember that God is perfect and the time that passes is the perfect time according to God's perspective.
Waiting is not easy at all, it requires many characteristics, fundamentally it requires faith because although it seems that God is silent, still or distant, the reality is that God is working, he is working outside of our vision but he is orchestrating everything so that his plan is fulfilled perfectly in our lives. We have to imagine that this is like a seed that is planted, for a period of time nothing is seen, not even a sprout, but at all that moment the seed is doing its job and is taking root to have a good foundation, little by little it grows. The sprout rises until it transforms into a plant or a tree, but to do so it had to first work on the roots. In this situation, similar to what happens in our lives, we simply must place our trust in God in what He is working and soon we will see the evidence. of it.
No matter what problem you are facing, the solution will always be in God's hands. Our job is to hold on to his truth for the love he has for us, always remembering that everything God does is for our good. Then understanding this and having full faith and security we will be able to walk with confidence with our eyes set on heaven knowing that God will fulfill everything he has promised.
