Silence
Psalms 4:3-6
[3]But know that the Lord has set apart the godly for himself; the Lord hears when I call to him.
[4]Be angry, and do not sin; ponder in your own hearts on your beds, and be silent. Selah
[5]Offer right sacrifices, and put your trust in the Lord.

The meaning Silence is when your physical body is at rest or still but your heart makes groaning to the Lord. Silence is not the total rest of a body. But outwardly the body is at rest.
1 Corinthians 14
[28]But if there is no one to interpret, let each of them keep silent in church and speak to himself and to God.
In this scriptures the Apostle Paul was teaching us that when there is no interpreter, let each of them keep silent in church. This means that when we keeps silence in the church is the same way talking to God himself.
Silence is observed to draw strength from the Lord. That is when we inhaled and exhaled in the cosmic of the world.
