6 Nevertheless God, that comforteth those that are cast down, comforted by the coming of Titus;
7 And not by his coming only, but by the consolation wherewith he was comforted in you, when he told us your earnest desire, your mourning, your fervent mind toward me; so that I rejoiced the more.
2 Corinthians 7: 6-7

It is interesting to know how Paul says to be consoled by God with the coming of Titus, but he also lets us know that the signs of GREAT affection, the tears, the desire of the Corinthians to be with him produced in the Ap Paul, an anointed man, full of Holy Spirit, understood in the parental and sovereign concept of God, to rejoice even more. He was just HAPPY.

Expressing the signs of affection, love, gratitude to your spiritual mentor will make a powerful impact, it will encourage, promote, restore, comfort, and cause reciprocity.

I am not talking about praising your spiritual mentor, but to show what the Corinthians showed, signs of GREAT affection, of course not feigned, even he has greater responsibility before God and therefore should be 24/7 before his presence, does not turn him into a machine, we often think that our mentor does not need those "carnal" things or sentimentality but the truth is that he is also human, he feels, suffers, frustrates, rejoices and consoles in each earthly blessings form God, and who more than Ap Paul to be a reference of it.

So take time to be grateful, honor your spiritual guide, mentor or coverage, that one who pray unceasingly for you, dedicate him a message, tell him you also pray for him, make him participate in every good thing that happens to you (Galatians 6: 6).

Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor the evil, follow the good. Love one another with brotherly love; in honor, preferring one another.
Romans 12: 9-10.
