“ I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day….”

The words of Jesus as seen in our text today underlines the importance of work, and the attitude that each believer must have towards work: He says, ‘I MUST work’, a revelation of the mind state of a man hungry for result.

To work is to exert physical, mental or spiritual energy in an attempt to do, make or accomplish something. It is an exercise of your God-given ability to create and set things in order so as to achieve a desired result. Hence, your vision to see all that God has spoken to you about come to pass requires that you work. Your desire to become better on your job, get an elevation in your career, or to grow in your spirit requires that you work. Glory to God!

Therefore, get ready to work this month especially in the direction of those goals you have set for the year, and also on the things that do not presently match up to God’s revealed standard. If you will work this month as a matter of necessity, and attend diligently to what God has committed into your hands, then your success cannot be hindered. Say Amen to that!

🙏🏽We are praying for more doors to be opened for missionaries to the nation.

Dear Father, strengthen me to work today and get results in Jesus name.

Dear Father, I worship you today for who you are. You are my Rock and Fortress, and it is in you I live, move and have my being. I am grateful for the gift of this new day in the month of April, and I ask that you renew the right spirit within me and help me to see as you see even as I fellowship with you throughout this month. Help me to become more like you and to live a life that pleases you daily, in Jesus Name. Amen.
