People often get stressed out when they take on activities and responsibilities for the wrong reasons. As you consider upcoming involvements, ask God to help you do things with the right motives and to reveal any motives that might be unhealthy.
Then you will be better able to decide which activities you should commit to and which ones you should say no to. When you say yes with the right motives, you will be able to wok with passion and purpose, which will give you great satisfaction and fulfillment.
