Today I want to talk about a moment of "faith". Every body has a kind of belief, people have faith in many different things, when we get into our car, we have faith in it that moves and brings us to our destination, we believe that our doctor knows what he's doing every one Body has this kind of belief of one kind or another.
No one can live a single day without exercising his faith.
Faith is also expressed in the spiritual realm. Each one of us, regardless of our background, expresses his faith. The difference between the beliefs that we practice in our daily routine and our religious beliefs is the purpose of this belief.
Everyone is counting on something or someone. The Muslim relies on the Koran and Mohammed. The humanist trusts in himself, a religious man in his good works. None of this can save, because in any case, the object of faith is wrong.
Our faith is only as good as the object into which we place our faith.

The Bible tells us that we must personally trust and trust Jesus Christ.
Acts 4:12 There is no salvation in any other; because there is no other name under heaven given to the people in whom we can be saved.

1 Now, faith is the substance of things that are expected, the evidence of things that are not seen. That's why the elders got a good report. 3 By faith, we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things seen are not made of things that appear.
4 By faith Abel sacrificed to God a better sacrifice than that of Cain, whereby he received the testimony that he was righteous and testified to God his sacrifices; and by him, to be dead, he still speaks.

I. What is faith?
To understand what faith is, we must overcome certain misconceptions about faith.
There are people who think that as long as they are honest, what they believe, then this belief will be good enough.
But Paul says in 2 Tim. 1:12 - Because I know who I believed in, saving faith is not an object or an idea that you invented yourself, but in Jesus Christ.

God has two choices of how men can approach him today. The first is that you can come to Him through works. In other words, if you can embody perfection in your works, God will accept you, but so far no one has been able to do it. Adam did not do it, and nobody has made it since. Abraham not, and David not, and Daniel not. None of them did it because it was perfect. Therefore, it is not a satisfying way to approach God, but many people hobble in this futile way.
