The Restoration

in #steemchurch7 years ago

And God in his immense mercy seeks to restore us, even when we ourselves believe that everything is lost.

According to the definition that the dictionary gives about restoration; the restoration is: replace, repair, renew from a current state and decrepit to its original state.
Restoration in the secular concept consists of simple renovation; However, the Lord takes us further and teaches us that an act of restoration by God leads us to a state that is much more privileged and better than the original, before we were far from Him and now we become part of His family being children.

Studying the book of Job 42:10 (NKJV) And Jehovah removed the affliction of Job, when he had prayed for his friends; and doubled all the things that had been of Job."

We already know in advance what Job went through because of the enemy, God allowed all these things to pass to glorify themselves more in the life of this faithful man.

Job went through the most difficult and painful stages of his life, lost his children, his health, and all the patrimony that during his life the Lord had given him. He had completely ruined and ill.

We can see the wonderful work God does for us his children and it is restitution, where we recover what we have lost.
Our Father is good and of infinite mercy, powerful and majestic; Even when we do not understand his ways, we can rest in the reality of his goodness.

God not only restored what Job had, but he increased his things to double. The Lord knows what he is doing, and even though our life is in pieces we can get closer to him and with his love and power he does it again and much better. We can remember here that the Bible tells us: "Even if your beginning is small, your last state will be very big".

It is God who has the last word, he never arrives late, he arrives at the precise time. It is God who restores our life.

Dear brothers, even if we are in misery, in pain, in sickness, God will always be there and it will depend on us whether we are restored or not. Because the restoration comes from God
