WISDOM FOR CREATIVITY

Wisdom simply means having the understanding of how a particular thing is to be done. It is the technical know-how of things. It is not just knowing what to do but equally knowing how to do it.

Let me dwell on the wisdom of God that engenders creativity, inventions and innovations. It is imperative to say that all wisdom is vested in God, and to narrow it down to the wisdom for creativity, Jeremiah was quick to say :He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion. Jeremiah 10:12

It follows that without wisdom, the world could not have been created by God, in his infinite wisdom created the universe. And part of this wisdom of creativity had he given to the sons of men. As was captured by moses :And thou shalt speak unto all that are wise hearted, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, that they make Aaron's garments to consecrate him, that he may minister unto me in the priests office. Exodus 28: 3.

See they were imparted with wisdom to create and design the dressing of the priestly office and others were equally imparted with wisdom to build the sanctuary: Then wrought Bezaleel and Aholiab, and every wise hearted man, in whom the Lord put wisdom and understanding to know how to work all manner of work for the service of the sanctuary, according to all that the lord had commanded.Exodus 36:1

Following from above , the lord gave part of his wisdom to Bezaleel and his colleagues to fashion all manner of works as touching the lord's sanctuary. Other than the knowledge given to them to know what to create, they were also given the wisdom to know how to create it in order to fashion it according to the Lord's specification.

Honey the lord has not ceased to give wisdom to his chilfren. As master of creation, he does give wisdom to his children who really care. Most of us christians think that the wisdom for inventions and innovations are merely worldly things and as such, the lord has no business giving such to His children. Hence there is paucity of God's children with the Divine wisdom for creativity, inventions and innovations. We have thus limited the wisdom of God to only spiritual things.

To further buttress the point that the lord gives wisdom for creativity to his children, it was said concerning Hiram: And king Solomon sent and fetched Hiram out of Tyre. He was a widow's son of the tribe of Naphtali, and his father was a man of Tyre, a worker in brass: and he was filled with wisdom, and understanding, and cunning to work all works in brass. And he came to the king Solomon, and wrought all his work. 1 kings 7:13-14
Hmm you can see the wisdom in this man, even the king sent for him, he was that good. Sweetie, such wisdom could still be given to you if only you crave for it. The wisdom to get things done is available., even the wisdom to come out with an innovation. That is, to do something differently or something no one as ever done or thought of doing. The wisdom to set the pace for others(as had been shown to all stem church parishioners by our leader the great @Sirknight) and the wisdom of words and literary dimensions could equally be imparted. This was what was given to Solomon, to the end that he was unique among all: And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore. And Solomon's wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the children of the east country, and all the wisdom of Egypt. For he was wiser than all men: than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Herman, and Chalcol, and Darda, the sons of mahol: and his fame was in all nations round about. And he spake three thousand proverbs: and his songs were a thousand and five. And he spake of trees, from the cedar tree that is in Lebanon even unto the hyssop that springeth out of the wall: he spake also of beasts, and of fowl, and of creeping things, and of fishes. And there came of all people to hear the wisdom of Solomon, from all the kings of the earth, which had heard of his wisdom. 1 kings 4:29-34

Solomon was a reservoir of wisdom to the end that both the low and the mighty were coming to draw from his bowels. In short, he changed the face of the literary world and set a new record still in broken. Honey, the lord can still don't his to any of his children. How eager are you to be outstanding and distinct in what you do. Wisdom is available to position you for great exploits, just crave for it. Even in the line of construction, wisdom is also required, as was captured: *** Through wisdom is an house builded, and by understanding it is established and by knowledge shall the chambers be filled with all precious and pleasant riches. A wise man is strong, yea,man of knowledge increaseth strength. For by wise counsel, thou shall make thy war: and in multitude of counselors there is safety***. Proverbs 24:3-6.
Wisdom is sacrosanct for all architectural and fashionable work. Name it, wisdom is available for building and decoration. There is nothing splendid, beautiful and extraordinary that wisdom is not necessary. I implore you to quest for it in virtually all life's endeavors. Whichever field you desire, just quest for the wisdom of God so you can do things differently, distinctly and become oustanding. Hence, James canvassed: If any man lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not, and it shall be given him. James 1:5. Glory
