  1. Consistency
I have seen great talents, skills, gifts etc, that seem like were cut short after bursting into a scene with a thrust.
Why? Because of the lack of consistency. A great talent needs great consistency in performance and delivering the best and more. You need great consistency in delivering, in discipline, in growing, in changing, in learning, in your values, in your character and in your speech.

Without consistency you cannot achieve progress, you cannot win the trust of people.

Consistency is vital yet is hard to achieve, especially in the things that we have to do them either daily or often. We reach somewhere and begin to do things out of familiarity, in out pilot. And once we begin acting that way, we loose quality in what we do and worse we stop improving.

  1. Balance
Balance is one of tough things to achieve in life, without it again we loose proper approach to life and issues. Because we will be moving from one extreme to another extreme.

They say is not all black and white in life, sometimes issues are grey. So without proper balance you cannot achieve a proper life.
It take a lot of wisdom, maturity and patient to find balance in life.

  1. Contentment
Somebody said it is had to be contented when you have little and it is impossible when you have much.
I do not know how much true those words are, but I know how much had it is to be contented. It is a struggle to live in that state.
Yet life without contentment is destructive, it can run you insane, it can make you do crazy, desperate, shameful, illegal things just to achieve, own and reach somewhere levels.
It can literally rob you of you're very life by death.
Contentment is not maintaining status quo. Contentment is not against hard work, it is not against having big dreams. True contentment is against desperation, true contentment is knowing you're More important than things and achievement. True contentment is being fulfilled and feeling significant because of who you are not for what you have or do.
People who are not contented have put material things and achievements ahead of themselves.
It is hard to be contented especially in this age and also because of our human nature, we have a predisposition to attaching ourselves worthy to things and achievement, because may be few have that have reached that level. Sometimes because of how the society treat people who have achieved or own certain things and sometimes because of the privileges and flexibility that we get when we own certain things.

All in all contentment is a hard to achieve though it is possible.
