Listen to this: anger comes with a strong energy, but you can use that energy positively. Instead of breaking household items, you can as well, do some household chores with it. And again, anyone can get angry but how you see or use it especially to those around you is what matters.

I strongly agree. What we do with our anger is what matters. Avoiding anger at all cost is not a healthy or real way to live. Jesus became angry and those guys selling stuff in the temple felt His anger...

I think an important key to our relationship with anger is to choose what we get angry about. Let's not get angry about petty stuff or for selfish reasons. Let's choose to get angry about things worthy of our anger. Social injustice, a child being hurt, animals abused, corruption, etc. And then our anger can energise us to do something about such things.
