INGREDIENTS:

· 2 chicken breasts open in the shape of a butterfly

· 100 gr of strawberry

· 100 gr of ricotta

· 1 large potato

· 50 gr of sugar

· 50 gr of paper

· 3 garlic cloves

· Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION:

· Marinate chicken breasts for two hours, with paper and liquid and add garlic, salt and pepper.

· Take half of the strawberries and cut them into fruit salad, add the ricotta and mix.

· Fill the chicken breasts, wrap and tie with a thread, take to a small tray and add the marinade on the tray.

· Cut the potato into slices, without reaching the bottom, so that it is in the form of an accordion. Take to the oven for 25 or 30 minutes.

· Cut the rest of the strawberries in four parts, take to a pot with the sugar and boil; then liquefy.

· Slice the wrap and add the strawberry sauce.
