STEEMCHURCH: How a worshiper becomes??
Adoration is to love God with extreme madness, to recognize his magnificence, to proclaim his name, to obey his commandments, to thank for all that we have received, etc.
It hurts our human nature because our flesh likes the things of the world, lies, teasing, doing bad, saying bad words. But when we know the Lord and we admire his beauty and we recognize everything he has done for us that we are forced to change our way of living and educate our body to worship Jehovah.
We are not born to adore but we learn to adore for love of the Lord.
How do we become worshipers?
1.- Offering total surrender of our lives.
St. Mark 12:30 "And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength. This is the main commandment."
The Lord demands all of us because he gives us everything day after day without skimping on anything. That is why we must surrender before him and love him above all things.
2.- Walking in the spirit.
Galatians 5:16 "I say, then: Walk in the Spirit, and do not satisfy the desires of the flesh."
Galatians 5:25 "If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit."
It is necessary to have communion with the Holy Spirit to guide us, help us, give us fruit in our lives, discord of spirit and repentance.
The holy spirit is the comforter and the one who convinces us of sin.
3.- Having time alone with the Lord.
This speaks of intimacy with God, just as when we love our partner we want to be with that person every moment, we want to talk at every moment, to know about his life.
So it is with our father if we really love him we will want to have time alone, talk to him, let his revelation come to our life. Feeling confident because someone cares about me and cares to listen to me despite any circumstance.
St. Matthew 6: 6 "But you, when you pray, enter your room, and shut the door, pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you in public."
4.- Worshiping at any time, place or circumstance.
Adoration is an attitude of love and gratitude despite the situation that is happening good or bad we must give thanks for every test that the Lord makes us pass because the word of God says that those who love God all things help him to all right.
So let's learn to thank because the man is good and his fatherhood will never be lacking. And every crisis or trial will increase our faith, shape our character and love the Lord every day.
Remember that God does not give us proof that we can not pass or load that we can not carry.
