Matthew 13:15-16
For this people's heart is mixed with gross and their ears are dull of hearing and their eyes they closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears and should understand with their heart and should be converted and I should heal them. But blessed are your eyes, for they see; and your ears for they hear.

The eyes, the ears and the mind are the reconciliation tools. Whether a man will be reconciled, whether a man will drop his/her agenda for life to pick up that Christ the Lord depends on how he/she hears, he/she sees and how he/she understands. Some ears are dull or unreceptive to the truth. Some have closed their eyes to what brings life because of the list of this world; list of the flesh, list of the eyes and the pride of life which is passing away; and to others their minds have been covered by a lot of worries of this world that there is hardly a chance for the worries about eternity.

Hear this, you are inexcusable because everything you need about salvation of your soul has been made plain before you, and for those parts of the world where gospel has not gotten to will as well be inexcusable if they refuse to accept reconciliation which definitely reach them before the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Why you cannot see, hear and understand God's agenda as better than yours is because: it is your choice, you choose to Open or close your eyes and you choose to see reasons in what is discussed.

Your refusal of the reconciliation agenda is because you have so chosen. Your choice is a thing of your will. Neither God nor the devil can force you against your will, this is the reason why God is beseeching you everyday so that you can choose rightly.

Deuteronomy 30:19
I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life that both thou and thy seed may live.

Your creator is the best adviser you can see, He knows more than all, He made all things, He is the beginning and the ending; He's therefore bidding you now to choose life through His minister like Paul to the people of Corinth.
knowing therefore the terror of the Lord we persuade men.
