Since users get paid to post, we have bad actors that find anyone who produces content that they believe would earn them rewards. They often sign up and start impersonating that content creator.
There's no nice way to ask this and we don't want to assume your account is fake. We ask that you put a link to your steemit profile on one of your sites to assure us you are the creator of the content you post.
