There is a lot of fake photographers out there posting other people's images, aka "photo plagiarism."
There is also a lot of bloggers ... even the "good ones" ... who "borrow" photos for their blog without permission.
My solution for both photo plagiarism and "borrowing" photos is to setup a new bot like @cheetah and a new Stock Photo website:
