Nice service! I saw on your website it says you recover lost passwords - that's not exactly right I assume. Accounts can be recovered when the keys were changed in the last 30 days, but only if the user has an older one. That protects from malicious account takeovers, but not from losing the keys!
Or do you get an owner authority yourself? If not you should change the feature description to not confuse users. Everybody needs to know that losing passwords is not fixable.
