BENEFITS IN TAKING BANANA LEAVES
Good morning the Champions Steemians. Today I brought to you some of the health benefits of banana leaves. Banana leaves is one of the leaves that contain more antioxidants and astringent also the dried banana leaves contain allantoin. Banana grows in any region of Nigeria but it grows well on river sides. Some of its health benefits include:
- Drinking Banana leaves tea atleast once a day reduce sore throats
- It also helps in boosting immune system
- It can also be used as food wrappers in some part of Nigeria there given it a pleasant aroma
