Christmas done for another year

Christmas is over for another year and we had a great festive period, lots of nice food and whatever you wanted to drink.

Our visitors left this morning so the house is a little quieter than it has been.

I am thankful to see another Christmas as you never know when you have had your last one.

So on Christmas day.... i know i said on about 19 different times i would go for a ride...i actually didn't ride on Christmas day

But i did go for a ride yesterday and managed to fall off 🤔which was fun in a crash sort of way.

So yesterday's ride was after some rain overnight which made a couple of spots a little slippery, one down hill section of single dirt track was greasy down the bottom & once i got to the bottom (maybe arrived a little too fast) while braking my bike decided to lie down - so did i and slid for a few metres.

No injuries just a graze or two

Then this morning i decided to ride the same circuit as yesterday, it had dried out but i still took that downhill section a little more carefully today🐌.

So my grand total now stands at 899.75 kilometers completed with 100.25 kilometers to be done over the next 4 days - should do that easily.

I have also been on a couple walks today and am planning on another one shortly, nothing long just around 3 kilometers to stretch the legs a little.

Apart from the above that has been the last few days in my part of the world.
