Today has been a lot better for walking with hardly any rain, still not a lot of sun though but no rain YAY!
When i got back to New Zealand i decided i wanted a jug i could put in the fridge to enjoy some chilled water, i have been drinking a lot more water latlley and grabbed this badboy for $29 NZD.

Today i managed with some clearer weather a half marathon of walking, yesterday it rained most of day but i did still manage 12.9 kilometers in between showers.
This week i have managed 114 kilometers which is about what i did last week while in Perth Australia.
This month so far i have walked 253 kilometers in 16 days, it would be good to get to 500 kilometers by the end of month.

Tonight i will be watching the Breakers play the Taipan's, i would like the Breakers to win so i decided to chuck a fiver on the Taipans.
its being played in the tropical north of Australia which will be hot & humid.
That has been my Saturday here in New Zealand, have a good weekend!

Thank you very much for supporting my post today.
That is a lot of walking - much more than the recommended 10,000 steps a day. But of course, the 10,000 is just a general guide. If you can do more, so much the better.
I take one and a half hours to walk 10,000 steps. That is quite enough for me. Even that, I find it strenuous on my back, which is why, two or three times a week, instead of walking, I go for a swim.
Enjoy your Sunday!
Yeah it is a lot but it's actually becoming easier, i do plan to break out the Mountain bike to mix things up a bit - plus its a lot quicker for burning calories than walking.
Maybe i should go to our local pool 🤔

Yes. I think it is a good idea to take your mountain bike out for a spin every now and then. 🙁
I am sure you have better things to do when, and if you made it here. 😀
